Service. This insures that our technicians can properly
diagnose your system and make the needed repairs. A
proper diagnosis will save you a lot of money through

- Our customers know exactly what the cost of
repair will be and can approve the repair before any
work is done. Our
customers no longer have to worry about how much time
it takes to make a repair. No more watching the clock
with anticipation. After a set diagnostic charge, the
cost of repair is determined not by the amount of time
it takes the serviceman to do the job but is based
on a fixed price based on the national average of the
time required and of the cost of the needed part.
- Call Notification Service. Our dispatchers will work with you to keep you
from having to sit at home waiting on your Certified
technician to arrive. If you have a cell phone or pager,
we will be happy to give you call with enough notice
that our tech and you can arrive at your residence at
approximately the same time. Notification Service means
we can both get more done in the day.
- We offer Planned Maintenance to every customer. Planned
Maintenance improves efficiency and greatly reduces the
likelihood of unexpected system failures. It also allows
us to do more work and take care of our good customers
prior to the extremes of Summer and Winter. This means

Pape Air
Conditioning Service Company supports the local communities
in which we serve and also supports improvements within
the industry. We are members of the DeSoto Chamber of
Commerce, Lancaster Chamber of Commerce, and the Glenn
Heights Chamber of Commerce.
We also are active members of the North Texas Air
Conditioning Contractors Association, Texas Air Conditioning
Contractors Association (TACCA), and the National Air Conditioning
Contractors Association (ACCA). Our family and employees
serve in many civic and educational positions including;
State Legislative Chairman for TACCA, Board of Directors
for NT ACCA, Board of Directors for TACCA, a Founder and
Board of Director for the Red Oak ISD Education Foundation.
Other involvement includes Board and Officer positions
for various municipal, school, church, and industry related
organizations. We care about our community and we will
continue to make it a good place for everyone to live and
