Pape Air Conditioning and Heating Service Company was established in 1973. Since our inception, we have grown to be a multi-service company, specializing in all areas of environmental heating and air conditioning systems, delivery methods, and components.

As a Master Electrician Contractor, we can also do all electrical projects related to HVAC equipment as well as residential and commercial electrical upgrades and repairs. We also install and maintain Energy Management and building automation systems for churches, businesses, and government entities and we offer zoning and automation for residential use as well.

An advantage of Pape  Service Company is our proven ability to reduce utility and service costs by researching and finding the most reliable efficiency upgrades for our customers and identifying and installing the components that will give our customers the greatest savings over time. We have participated in most of the TXU, ONCOR, TP&L, HILCO, DP&L, and other power company rebate and incentive programs during our existence. We are always looking for programs and tools that help our customers pay for better and more efficient methods and equipment.
