Pape Air Conditioning and Heating Service Company was established in 1973 by Leeman and Annita Pape. In 1985, following his graduation from Southern Nazarene University, Stephen Pape joined the family business and now serves as General Manager. 

Since our inception, we have grown to be a multi-service company, specializing in all areas of heating and air conditioning systems and components.  As a Master Electrician Contractor, we can do all electrical projects related to HVAC equipment as well as residential and commercial electrical upgrades and repairs.  We also install and maintain Energy Management and building automation systems for churches, businesses, and government entities and we offer zoning and automation for residential use as well.

An advantage of Pape  Service Company is our proven ability to reduce utility and service costs by researching and finding the most reliable efficiency upgrades for our customers and identifying and installing the components that will give our customers the greatest savings over time. 

We have been a TXU Authorized HVAC Contractor as long as TXU has existed with our close relationship going back to promoting Heat Pumps with the companies that merged to form TXU including Texas Power and Light, Dallas Power and Light, and Texas Electric Services Company.  It could be said that we have been here under the same family ownership and operation since before the power company.
